However, something has got to be done about the unbridled abuse of the both Mr. Ligons and Mr. Thomas in their respective positions in the Arkansas legal judiciary. Unconstitutional abuse that is compounded by the Arkansas Supreme Court and Arkansas federal courts failure/refusal to address those constitutional immfirmaties where the facts clearly supports the violations. While I don't know your disciplinary history, I know my own and an convinced that Ligion, Neal before him, Thomas are there simply to go after those that consider themselves adults and have advocated as if they were enfranchised persons. Too many black attorneys have been lost because of the improper activism and contortion of the truth by Mr. Ligions. I have been into the studies of nutrition and natural health for several years now. I belive that our diets and lifestyles contribute to our sickness more then anything else. I have tried to convey that to your sister but I am not sure she buys it. It was interesting to hear what the Russians eat and how good their well being is. I must be very dilegent in my researh because all 3 of my children have diabetic tendencies. I think if Mary Jane would go on a highly restricted diet she would lose weight and get well. Her DR told us that we each have our own DNA that God gave us and we need to work with what we have. That makes sense because I know I as a Diabetic have serious food reactions that everyone does not have. Thank you for the article and your faithful endeavors to "Fight for Right". Since the state's legal profession has refused to file charges against the former governor for breaking state laws, the lawyers who had knowledge are now facing complaints against their law licenses. Seven lawyers in Arkansas, from the current governor down, violated serious misconduct rules of the Model Rules on Professional Conduct. But wait! CPC filed charges against Oscar Stilley's license for far less seriousness of misconduct that these seven state lawyers willfully committed. Then tell me how it is possible that because Mr. Stilley charged a judge of lying and refusing to recuse himself as the judge in a law-suit where he was a defendant in the suit would result in Mr. Stilley’s disbarment proceedings ??
