Oscar Stilley has just mailed a motion for contempt against the DOJ, its lawyers, and others in the employ of the DOJ, including BOP employees, for stonewalling his right to consideration of his request for computers, files, internet access, and other items necessary for him to prepare a suitable appeal. The 10th Circuit first denied his motion without comment, 6-1-10, then on 8-10-10 declared that Stilley must first exhaust his administrative remedies.
