Oscar Stilley sent a 250 word letter out from prison, for publication in the Democrat Gazette, criticizing the absence of evidence for his disbarment, and also criticizing the refusal to permit him to access information critical to his criminal appeal or to his disbarment proceedings. Stilley denounces the treatment he has been given as a denial of due process, and invites readers to stay informed by reading his blog.

This letter may be published over Stilley’s name, or may be published over someone else’s name. In the past the Democrat Gazette has indicated that it requires a phone number whereby the author may be called, as opposed to allowing the writer to call the paper.
