On the date set as the “final deadline” for filing a brief, Oscar Stilley 1) adopted Lindsey Springer’s brief, 2) recounted the Court’s orders, which relegated Stilley to administrative proceedings to claim his right to the basic necessities for preparing a creditable brief, and 3) asked the Court to explain how Stilley should go about claiming the process to which the Court said Stilley was due.

Stilley made it clear that he respectfully requests and demands the benefit of prompt and fair consideration of the arguments set forth by Springer, by and through his attorney Jerry Barringer. He does not acquiesce in any delay of justice occasioned by the stonewalling and corruption of the DOJ-BOP.
